Services (electricity, water and drains) need to be located, outline planning permission (CU/DP) needs to be obtained, access needs to be confirmed and the plot needs to be steaked out by a qualified land surveyor. We can coordinate all of these steps for you enabling you to hand over a complete file to the Notaire, a traditional agency or market the plot yourself. A detailed file ensures you can get the maximum value for your plot.
